Our Story
We are a Rai family from the eastern hills. Our cuisine reflects the Kirant tradition — fermented foods, wild greens, and recipes that have been passed down for generations. Dining with us is an experience you won't find in any restaurant. We also brew our own tongba (millet beer) which we serve in traditional bamboo containers.
