I am a retired school teacher who discovered a passion for sharing Nepali breakfast traditions with visitors. Every morning, we prepare sel roti, aloo tarkari, and masala chai from scratch. Our small garden provides fresh mint and cilantro. Breakfast at our home is a slow, peaceful start to the day — no rush, just good food and warm conversation.
