Our Story
Originally from the Mustang district, we brought our Thakali culinary traditions to Kathmandu valley. Thakali cuisine is known for its simplicity, warmth, and flavors derived from the high mountain herbs of the Annapurna region. Our signature dal bhat set is served on traditional brass plates with six accompaniments, each prepared with spices we bring from our village.
